Önemli Not: Sınav sırasında Kamera ve Mikrofon mutlaka açık olacaktır.
BIL100E 2019-2020 Bahar Dönemi Ara Sınavı, 24 Haziran 2020 Çarşamba günü bil.itu.edu.tr üzerinden çevrimiçi olarak BIL AND CMP COURSES ► BIL100ESPRINGTEST kısmında yer alan Midterm 2 başlığı altında yapılacaktır.
Sınavda aşağıdaki durumlara göre öğrencilerimizin hazır olması beklenmektedir.
1) BIL AND CMP COURSES ► BIL100ESPRINGTEST kısmına erişemeyen Erasmus öğrencileri enrollment key olarak PYTHON girmek suretiyle sayfaya erişebileceklerdir. Bu öğrenciler arasında problem yaşayanlar Öğr. Gör. Doğu Sırt'a (sirtd@itu.edu.tr) destek için e-posta atabilirler.
2) Sınav sırasında dizüstü veya kamera entegre edilmiş masaüstü bilgisayar kullanılması önerilmektedir. Sınavın çözümü esnasında cep telefonu kullanımından dolayı oluşacak mağduriyetler ciddiye alınmayacaktır.
3) Sınava erişimde ve Zoom için yine de problem yaşayacağını düşünen öğrencilerimiz, "Öğrencilere, bulunduğu yerdeki üniversite birimleri öncelikli olmak üzere gerektiği takdirde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı ve diğer kamu kurumlarının bilgisayar ve internet olanaklarına erişim imkanı sağlanabilecek." maddesini içeren https://www.yok.gov.tr/Sayfalar/Haberler/2020/universitelerde-dijital-sinavlarin-temel-ilkeleri.aspx sayfasındaki duyuruyu inceleyebilirler.
4) Öğrencilerimizin her sınav seansı için 5 dakika önceden bilgisayar başında hazır olmalıdır (Örneğin: 10:00-10:30 seansı için 09.55).
5) İlgili öğretim elemanı tarafından başlatılan seansa giriş yapan öğrenciler, İTÜ kimlik kartlarını bir süreliğine kameraya görünür biçimde gösterip kaldıracaklardır. Seans otomatik kayıt olduğu için bu işlem için izin beklenmemelidir.
6) Zoom sınav sırasında el kaldırma, soru sorma, chat özelliği ile soru sorma, öğretim elemanı ile sesli/görüntülü iletişim, hatalı olduğu düşünülen soruyu bildirme vb. durumlar için kullanılmayacaktır. Bu durumlar için aşağıda belirtilen e-posta adresleri kullanılacaktır.
7) Herhangi bir teknik aksaklık vb. yaşayan öğrenciler için gün içi telafisi kapsamında 15:00-15:30 ek seansı açılmıştır. Fakat ciddiye alınacak düzeyde mazereti olan öğrenciler için bu ek seans hakkı kullandırılacaktır. Bu seansın kullandırılması hakkındaki karar ilgili öğretim elemanına aittir.
8) Her öğrencimiz mutlaka kendi seansında sınava girmelidir. Başka bir seansta sınava girmek, seans kişi kapasiteleri Zoom yazılımı dahilinde sınırlı olduğu için başka bir seansa sınavı planlanmış diğer öğrencilerimizin sınava girememesine sebep olacaktır. Kendi saati dışında sınava girmeye çalışan öğrencilerimizin Ara Sınavları geçersiz sayılacaktır. Bu konuda tüm öğrencilerimizin özenini rica ederiz.
9) İlgili sınavdan 2 gün sonra yapılacak Ara Sınav telafi sınavı ise, yalnızca tarafımızca onaylanacak ve 24 Haziran 2020 Çarşamba günü çözülememiş teknik aksaklıklardan dolayı ve de ilgili öğretim elemanının onayı doğrultusunda 26 Haziran 2020 Cuma günü 10:00-12:00 saatleri arasında yapılacaktır.
10) Çevrimiçi sınavlar ile alakalı Öğrenci Dekanlığı tarafından aktarılan resmi yazıyı sağ üstte yer alan ek kısmında bulabilirsiniz.

BIL100E 2019-2020 Spring Term Midterm Exam will be held online on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, under the title of Midterm 2 in BIL AND CMP COURSES ► BIL100ESPRINGTEST via bil.itu.edu.tr.
Our students are expected to be ready according to the following instructions.
1) Erasmus students who cannot access BIL AND CMP COURSES ►BIL100ESPRINGTEST will be able to access the page by entering PYTHON as enrollment key. Those who have problems among these students can send an e-mail to Doğu Sırt (sirtd@itu.edu.tr) for support.
2) It is recommended to use a desktop computer with integrated camera or a laptop during the exam. Possible problems due to the use of mobile phones will not be taken into serious.
3) Our students, who think that they will still have problems in accessing the exam and for Zoom can review the announcement on the https://www.yok.gov.tr/Sayfalar/Haberler/2020/universities-diigital-sinavlarin-emel-ilkeleri.aspx page which says "Students will be able to access the computer and internet facilities of the Ministry of National Education and other public institutions if necessary, with the university units in the location where they are located."
4) Our students should be ready 5 minutes before each exam session (For example: 09.55 for session 10:00-10:30).
5) After the session is started by the relevant instructor, students who enter Midterm exam will have to show their ITU ID cards to the camera for a while. Since the session is recorded automatically, any permission should not be expected for this operation.
6) Zoom will not be used for occasions such as raising hands during the exam, asking questions with chat feature, audio / video communication with the instructor, reporting the wrong question. For these cases, the e-mail addresses specified below will be used.
7) An additional session of 15:00-15:30 was opened for the students who will have a technical difficulty or etc. in their own time interval. However, this additional session right will be used for students who have an excuse at a serious level. The decision on the use of this session belongs to the related lecturer.
8) Each of our students must take the exam in their own session. Taking the exam in another session will cause other students to not to enter their own exams because of the fact that session capacities are limited within the Zoom software. Midterm exams of students who try to take the exam out of their own time will be invalid. We request the care of all our students in this matter.
9) The midterm make-up exam, which will be held 2 days after the related exam, will only be for whom approved by us and will be held between 10:00-12:00 on Friday, June 26, 2020 due to technical problems that cannot be solved on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, and of course with the approval of the related instructor.
