by Öğr. Gör. Doğu SIRT - Wednesday, 27 January 2021, 3:53 PM

BIL Courses Coordinator handled the process during Midterm 2, objections and requests for the make-up exam, and it was decided that the make-up exam would be carried out according to a specific schedule.

1- When Midterm Exam 2 is compared with Midterm 1, it is evaluated that it has been completed successfully without any problems.
2- The make-up requests related to short-term disruptions while entering the exam (white screen appearing for a while) caused by the entrance of around 250 students to the system every 45 minutes were not accepted.
3- The request for creating 5 separate calculations for 5 sessions was not accepted.
4- Make-up exam requests should be sent to the Computer and Informatics Faculty by our students' own faculties with a petition from our students. Students who do not reach the Computer and Informatics Faculty / BIL Courses Coordinatorship via with the decision of the relevant Faculty Board of Directors will not be taken into the make-up exam.
5- The Deadline for the Faculty Board of Directors Decision for Students to Take the Make-up Exam is February 8, 2021, according to the academic calendar. Make-up requests must be completed until the relevant day.
6-Students who will apply for a make-up exam must either have not been able to take the exam for a specific reason (health, etc.) or if they have entered the exam in some way, they must have received a grade below 50. It will be examined what kind of a problem they got during th exam.
7- The status of the students whose make-up requests are received as stated above will be examined one by one through the system and the list of make-up exams will be announced here ( News).
8-There are still questions about the right for additional exams. Since our course does not have a final, no additional exam has been held until today and won't be held in the following period.

Accordingly, the BIL100E make-up exam will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 between 10:00 and 12:00.
