BIL100E 2025-2026 Bahar Dönemi 1. Arasınavı, 5 Nisan 2026 Pazar günü her öğrencimizin ekte paylaşılan olan excel dökümanında yer alan saatte yüz yüze olarak İnşaat Fakültesi Laboratuvarları'ndan (D101-D102-D103-D104) ayva.itu.edu.tr'ye (BIL100E Intr.to Prog.Language(PYTHON) (CRN: 50001)) bağlanarak yapılacaktır.
1- Sınavda sorumlu olduğunuz yerler, sunumlar (1-2-3-4. üniteler) ve dersteki (teorik+laboratuvar) tüm anlatımlardır.
2- İTÜ hesabına erişim sorunu olan hiçbir öğrenci sınava giremeyeceğinden (sistem gereksinimleri nedeniyle) sınava gelmeden önce ayva.itu.edu.tr üzerinde İTÜ kullanıcı adı/şifresini denemeniz beklenmektedir.
Dökümanda belirtilen başlangıç saatinden sonra gelen öğrenciler sınava alınmayacaktır. Bu sebepten en az 10 dakika önce İnşaat Fakültesi Bilgisayar Laboratuvarları önünde bulunmanız önerilmektedir.
Üzerinde net bir resim bulunan geçerli bir İTÜ kimlik kartı olmadan hiçbir öğrenci sınava alınmayacaktır.
3- Sınava giriş düzeni şubelere göre düzenlendiğinden, her öğrencimizin kendi BIL100E şubesini ve öğrenci numarasına göre sınıflandırılmış excel tablosunda sınava gireceği saati ve İnşaat Fakültesi laboratuvarını öğrenerek gelmeleri gerekmektedir.
Excel tablosunda şubenizi ve öğrenci numaranızı kullanarak yerinizi bulmak için:
a. Önce kendi şubenizi bulun (örneğin: 20725)
b. Şubenize ait listede yer alan öğrenci numarası aralıklarını dikkatlice inceleyin.
c. Öğrenci numaranız hangi aralıkta yer alıyorsa, o satırda belirtilen laboratuvar ve saat sizin sınav bilginizdir.
Örneğin: Diyelim ki şubeniz 20725 ve öğrenci numaranız 050230224. Listede 20725 altında da şu satır yer alıyor: 010220351 – 060240137
Bu durumda sınavınız D101 numaralı laboratuvarda ve 13:00 - 14:00 aralığında yapılacaktır.
Bununla birlikte alternatif olarak https://web.itu.edu.tr/sirtd/sinav_yeri.html bağlantısından öğrenci numaranızı yazarak sınava giriş bilgilerinizi bulabilirsiniz.
Dikkat Edilmesi Gerekenler:
1) Sadece kendi şubenize ait bilgileri inceleyiniz.
2) Öğrenci numarası aralıklarını dikkatle okuyunuz.
3) Halen emin olamadığınız bir durumda dogu.sirt@itu.edu.tr'ye e-posta gönderebilirsiniz.
4- Ayrıca sınava mazereti sebebiyle katılamayacak olan öğrenciler, kendi öğretim elemanına e-posta ile geçerli mazeretini bildirmek ve Fakülte Yönetim Kurulu kararlarını sunmak şartı ile yeri, günü ve saati sonradan duyurulacak olan telafi sınavına alınacaktır.

BIL100E Spring Semester 2025–2026 1st Midterm Exam will be held face-to-face on Sunday, 5 April 2026, at the time indicated in the attached Excel file, by logging in to ayva.itu.edu.tr (BIL100E Intr. to Prog. Language (PYTHON) (CRN: 50001)) from the Civil Engineering Faculty Laboratories (D101-D102-D103-D104).
1- The exam covers the lecture slides (Units 1-2-3-4) and all content explained in the course (theory + laboratory).
2- Since no student who has an access problem with their ITU account will be allowed to take the exam (due to system requirements), you are expected to test your ITU username/password on ayva.itu.edu.tr before coming to the exam.
Students arriving after the start time indicated in the document will not be admitted to the exam. For this reason, it is recommended to be in front of the Civil Engineering Faculty Computer Laboratories at least 10 minutes before.
No student will be admitted to the exam without a valid ITU ID card with a clear photo.
3- Since the exam entry schedule is arranged according to course sections, each student must check their own BIL100E section and use the attached Excel table, which is organized by student ID ranges, to learn their exam time and laboratory. To find your place in the Excel table using your section and student ID:
a) First find your own section (for example: 20725)
b) Carefully examine the student ID ranges listed under your section.
c) If your student ID falls within one of these ranges, the laboratory and time indicated in that row are your exam details.
Example 1: Suppose your section is 20725 and your student ID is 050230224. Under 20752, the following row appears: 010220351 – 060240137
In this case, your exam will be held in laboratory D101 between 13:00-14:00.
Alternatively, you can find your exam login information by entering your student ID at https://web.itu.edu.tr/sirtd/sinav_yeri.html.
Points to consider:
1) Only check the information belonging to your own section.
2) Carefully read the student ID ranges.
3) If you are still unsure, you may send an e-mail to dogu.sirt@itu.edu.tr
4- Students who cannot attend the exam due to a valid excuse will be admitted to the make-up exam (whose time, date, and place will be announced later) only if they inform their instructor via e-mail and submit the decisions of the Faculty Administrative Board.
